More notice creates more room to plan well.

Two weeks or more is preferred for an ordinary recording inquiry. Complex broadcasts, multiple event days, and weekday scheduling benefit from more notice.

  • Availability and production fit must be confirmed before booking.
  • Rights, permissions, and project-specific responsibilities are addressed during discovery and proposal planning.
